We received multiple cold-stunned Kemp’s ridley turtles recently as part of a mission to help hundreds of cold-stunned turtles in a multi-institution effort. During the cold winter months, these turtles can be susceptible to hypothermia and wash up on shore. Many of them are in need of care and rehabilitation before they can be released back into the ocean, and we are proud to provide that care alongside our partners at MyFWC Florida Fish and Wildlife, Turtles Fly Too, and U.S. Fish and Wildlife
