Practice doesn’t always have to look the same. After a few days of very gentle, grounding movement during my menstrual phase, I felt today that it was time to lean a little deeper into my body again. I began with a warming sequence from Yoga Sangraha, which I learned from Eddie Stern, followed by six types of Yoga Sangraha Surya Namaskara, two types of Ashtanga Surya Namaskara, and a series of yoga daṇḍas and backbends.
