The song is called Atlas by the artist Jack Dardis and while writing the song I was struck with how much weight my inner child is still carrying. Weight that at one point would have led me to drink, but god as I understand god has granted me the serenity to stop, and put the bottle down. But I still have the responsibility to care for little Nathan, and help determine what weight is mine to carry, and what are the things I need to let go of.
