Kudos to our Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Information Technology (IT) techs and dispatchers for adapting and overcoming the challenges of today's CrowdStrike issues. Our dispatch partners had their Mobile Computer Terminals (MCTs) serviced in a drive-through format. Our techs were quick and efficient in getting 75-100 vehicles through today, with multiple computer terminals being fixed.
