Kids CAN get depressed. But their behaviors typically when they’re depressed are not those of an adult depressed. They don’t walk around looking sad. Instead all the feelings that are cooped up inside of them make them angry and that’s what you’ll see. That’s why it’s so important that you understand when you see a child that’s angry or having a tantrum that there’s more to it sometimes. Look for the story beneath the behavior and make every child. Feel that they matter because they do. #depress
