After touring Downtown Allen during the public input process this summer for the 2023 bond, a citizen-led subcommittee identified land acquisition and development of bike/pedestrian paths as the top priorities for bond funding. For the 2023 Bond Election on November 7, the ballot includes five City of Allen bond propositions, including Proposition D for Downtown revitalization, which you will find at the very end of your ballot.
