Family hosts luncheon at HSN on Family Day

Manitoulin OPP Constable Berkley Parisien says on Monday evening police on patrol were alerted to a stolen license plate by the Automated License Plate Recognition system, so a traffic stop was initiated, and the three occupants arrested.
