Using a lance with +4 in strength you can do a whopping 34 damage ON AVERAGE!

If the fey-touched warhorse moves at least 20 feet straight toward a creature and then hits it with a hooves attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

So Find Steed allows you to summon a Warhorse, Elk, or Camel as a medium character, but Warhorse is the mechanically superior choice and it isn't even close. Camels and Elk don't get any unique bonuses over the Warhorse, and the Warhorse has much better stats and HP.
