When you go to unlock the charge port using any method (charging hose button, touch screen, or phone app), the unlock mechanism fires with a click, and the T logo turns light blue, but then immediately it goes right back to locked.

December 2011 edited August 2012 in Model S On my "My Tesla" page, there is a "customer advocate" indicated with email address and phone number: Steve Davis. I have never talked to that guy, just sent a note once with my new address after I moved.

Oct 20, 2020 · Hello guys, I have a Tesla model Y and it got rear ended literally a week into owning it. It’s currently in the shop and I have no idea when the parts for repair will be in. When I had my car, I had a nema 14-50 outlet installed into my garage and it was working just fine with my mobile connector.
