Rapper Antwan "Tweezy" Hogan and a 39 year old were shot and killed in the shooting, according to Milwaukee police.

Ralph Taylor, 35, is charged with first-degree intentional homicide. Casandra Taylor, 22, is charged with neglecting a child, consequence is death.
