Former LSU offensive lineman Will Campbell is officially a first-round pick. The New England Patriots selected him with the fourth overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft last week. Before the selection, former Alabama head coach Nick Saban praised Campbell at the ESPN analyst desk as he named the left tackle to his all-offense team.

Booker began attending Saban’s football camps in 2015, as noted during ABC’s NFL draft broadcast on Thursday. After the former Crimson Tide guard was selected No. 12 overall by the Dallas Cowboys, ABC showed a photo montage of Saban and Booker together through the years.

Nick Saban expressed a deep regret during ABC's NFL Draft telecast on Friday. On Day 2 of the draft, Ohio State Buckeyes running back Quinshon Judkins was drafted by the Cleveland Browns as the 36th overall pick. Speaking about Judkins, Saban stated that he is a big player that Alabama missed out on recruiting.
