The heroes and gods of classical mythology are the foundation for today’s modern superheroes. Unsurprisingly, many of these characters have made their way into the comics. Of course, Thor is better known for his battles alongside the Avengers than his more comedic interpretation in The Sandman.

And, as it turns out, the impact is huge. SPOILERS to follow, as the last episode of Eyes of Wakanda finds a Black Panther from the future, notably the last Black Panther who, following a catastrophic alien invasion, travels back in time to ensure that the events of the first Black Panther happen.
