A 22-year-old Utah driver who was going 122 mph while racing on I-15 was arrested after passing a trooper a second time traveling at 96 mph, according to police.
"While Yolanda was in the back of my patrol vehicle, Yolanda attempted to hide drug paraphernalia and more fentanyl pills in the back of my patrol vehicle," according to a police booking affidavit.
