PITTSBURGH -- Jack Hughes scored twice, and Timo Meier scored in the seventh round of a shootout as the New Jersey Devils recovered from losing a two-goal lead to win 3-2 against the Pittsburgh Penguins at PPG Paints Arena on Tuesday.

On Tuesday night, the Pittsburgh Penguins (22-24-9) met with Metro Division rivals the New Jersey Devils (30-19-6) for the second of four meetings this season.
