The Mission Fire burned five acres in Fallbrook, California, before being contained by fire crews, damaging an outbuilding.

According to Cal Fire, firefighters first received a call about the fire in the area of Overland Trail and South Mission Road at 9:55 a.m.

Crews responded to a mulch pile fire Wednesday morning at a facility north of Escondido, said officials with Cal Fire.
