Tampa Bay Lightning goaltender Andrei Vasilevskiy, Dallas Stars center Roope Hintz and Montreal Canadiens center Nick Suzuki have all been named the NHL’s “Three Stars” for the week ending March 2.

Andrei Vasilevskiy made 27 saves for his fourth shutout of the season and the 38th of his career in the Tampa Bay Lightning's 3-0 victory over the Calgary Flames on Thursday night. Nikita Kucherov, Erik Cernak and Brandon Hagel scored to help Tampa Bay win its seventh consecutive game.

As the clock ticked under a minute remaining in the first period, Nikita Kucherov’s pass attempt on the power play bounced off a defenseman’s skate in front of the Calgary net and slipped through goalie Dustin Wolf for the 1-0 lead.

Vasilevskiy leads the NHL with a .930 save percentage, and he's third with a 16.65 GSAx (goals-saved above expected). He may have started the season slowly, but he is clearly in elite form.
