Former Vice President Kamala Harris returned to the campaign trail for first time since her 2024 election loss, supporting Tennessee congressional candidate Aftyn Behn in a red district.

Former Vice President Kamala Harris returned to the campaign trail on Tuesday, making an unannounced stop in Nashville to rally voters ahead of a surprisingly competitive special election in Tennessee’s Seventh Congressional District.

Harris’ appearance in Nashville coincided with her visit to the Ryman Auditorium, where she discussed her book "107 Days," which recounts her perspective on the 2024 presidential campaign after Former President Joe Biden dropped out of the race.

More than 2,300 people funneled into the Ryman Nov. 18 to see former Vice U.S. President Kamala Harris, who visited Nashville as one of the final stops on her book tour.
