A 24-year-old man lost control on Spring Grove Avenue near Hopple at about 6:30 a.m. His vehicle went off the road, hitting a fire hydrant and a utility pole. Police believe excessive speed and impairment are factors in the crash. The driver was not wearing a seat belt. On Monday, the Hamilton County Coroner's Office identified him as Kevon Nuby.
