Rep. Alex Andrade said he has no political agenda and simply turned over evidence of what he said is a crime to prosecutors.

Hope Florida is now under investigation over allegations that money was illegally diverted to Gov. DeSantis' fight against recreational marijuana.

Since then, Andrade, the Pensacola Republican who has been leading the House’s investigation into Hope Florida, has said he delivered records he compiled to Campbell’s office. The information was also given to the U.S. Department of Justice, Andrade has said.
