Sandler was joined by family, friends, cast members and athletes at the “Happy Gilmore 2″ premiere at Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York City on Monday.

After a lengthy 29-year wait, fans will finally get to see the sequel starring Adam Sandler (as Happy Gilmore) and much of the cast from the original film,

James Hagens was happy to meet the man that drafted him. The Boston Bruins prospect met Adam Sandler at the “Happy Gilmore 2” premiere in New York City on Monday. The Bruins posted a video of Hagens and the actor greeting each other on the red carpet. The two also posed for a picture together.
