Men's basketball AP Poll: Arizona looks legit after latest major win while Purdue holds No. 1
Koa Peat looked much better in Storrs, too. After struggling against UCLA in their previous game, Peat dropped 16 points and had 12 rebounds against the Huskies. Jaden Bradley had 21 points to lead the way. Arizona still got the four-point win despite shooting just 2-of-10 from behind the arc.
Last season UConn was ranked in the top 5 for the first four weeks of the AP poll before dropping all the way to No. 25 in the fifth week after a disastrous Maui Invitational tournament in which they lost three games to unranked opponents.
Oregon has returned to the top five in The Associated Press Top 25 college football poll. Ohio State, Indiana, and Texas A&M remain the top three teams.
