It's launch day for NASA's SpaceX Crew-10 astronauts — followed by a SpaceX Starlink liftoff less than three hours later! Welcome to FLORIDA TODAY Space Team live coverage of tonight’s back-to-back SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launches from Cape Canaveral.

While the Crew-10 launch was scrubbed at Kennedy Space Center on Wednesday night, SpaceX did manage to send up a Falcon 9 from nearby Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.

A Falcon 9 rocket is scheduled for liftoff Monday night from Florida’s Space Coast. SpaceX plans to launch the rocket carrying 21 Starlink satellites from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. Those satellites — 13 with direct-to-cell capabilities — will be deployed into low-Earth orbit to help expand the company’s global internet network.
