As sales for Tesla vehicles plummet around the globe, no one could’ve expected that one would actually end up underwater. On Monday around 11 a.m. in the Central Coast city of Ventura, the Ventura Harbor Patrol unit was conducting rounds when the crew noticed a Tesla Cybertruck floating in the harbor.
