Isaak Phillips’ long run with the Chicago Blackhawks organization has ended. The Blackhawks have traded the 23-year-old defenseman to the Winnipeg Jets for 21-year-old defenseman Dmitry Kuzmin. Phillips played in three games with the Blackhawks this season.
