‘Escape From New York,’ ‘The Howling’ Redos in the Works at StudioCanal

Two 1981 favorites are coming back to theaters for a new generation. At CinemaCon 2026, StudioCanal announced that both “Escape from New York” and “The Howling” have reboots currently in development.
