South Africa has closed its border again with Mozambique, where post-election protests have escalated, leading to clashes between protesters and the police.

JOHANNESBURG (Reuters) - South Africa's border authority said on Saturday it had partially reopened its main crossing with neighbour Mozambique, where last month's disputed election sparked protests, raising safety concerns.

The Electoral Reform Consultation Panel is calling for submissions on why, how and whether the current South African electoral system should be reformed, changed or even replaced.
