The Houston SPCA says a man has been arrested after they say he was seen on video hitting and throwing a 9-month-old puppy.

A man was arrested and now facing multiple charges after a video showed him brutally assaulting a 9-month-old Labrador mix, according to constables with Harris County Precinct 1.
