Over the past couple of weeks, the future of Phoenix Suns superstar Kevin Durant has become one of the most talked-about situations in the NBA. It is widely expected that Durant will be traded at some point during the upcoming offseason.

A new report from NBA writer Matt Moore indicates that Durant nixed a trade that would have sent him to Minnesota.

Durant reportedly has a wishlist (the Spurs, Rockets and Heat reportedly are on it), and with his expiring contract, he has a bit of leverage to get the deal he wants. But he is 37, not 27, and the threat of him passing on a lucrative two-year extension doesn't hold quite the same weight it once would.
