Joseph was charged with driving while intoxicated after a collision resulted in the death of a motorcycle driver.

One person is dead and former Cowboys player Kelvin Joseph is under arrest after a deadly motorcycle crash on North Central Expressway in Richardson on Saturday.

Kelvin Joseph Jr. called Plano police to advise he was involved in the crash almost an hour after Richardson police first responded to the crash.
