Jake and Rebecca Haro are set to appear in court on Tuesday for the first time since they were arrested on suspicion of murder. The search for 7-month-old Emmanuel Haro continues, who investigators say they believe is deceased.

After their arrests eight days following Emmanuel's disappearance, Jake was spotted with San Bernardino County investigators off the side of the 60 Freeway in Moreno Valley.
