Jurors rejected Jeffrey Ferguson’s testimony that he accidentally shot his wife, convicting him of second-degree murder on April 22, prosecutors said.

An Orange County Superior Court judge who shot and killed his wife during an argument in 2023 at their Anaheim Hills home was convicted on Tuesday, April 22, of murder.

Following a mistrial in March, jurors have found an Orange County Superior Court judge guilty of killing his wife after an argument nearly two years ago.​
