UP Warriorz (UPW) have acquired Chinelle Henry as an injury replacement for Alyssa Healy for WPL 2025 after the Australia and UPW captain was ruled out of the tournament because of a stress injury in her right foot.

Healy captained Australia in their emphatic women’s Ashes win over England but has struggled in the last few months with her fitness, barely making it to the one-off Test after missing the T20Is

Healy is currently recovering from a stress reaction in her right foot, due to ruptures to her plantar fascia during the T20 World Cup in October. This injury made her miss the T20I leg of the series against England, where she played only as a batter and handed over wicketkeeping duties to Beth Mooney.
