It’s a fair way down an unmade road off the main road so you will need to think how you will get there. The paths are well marked and a good choice of routes - map on a board at reception. If you want to see wildlife it depends how good you are without a guide in spotting. We saw jaguar tracks at several points - again good if you know what to look for - the Macaw birds were amazing. We did day and then night. The night was exciting as sat still in pitch dark at several points hearing monkeys moving or was it a Jaguar ? but in reality did not see much at night - if only one - go day and include waterfall.
